Making an impact in the community

If your organization is deciding on a Corporate Social Responsibility programme (CSR) and would like to embark on a worth while social cause, would you write a cheque to any welfare organization, incorporate social messages in your sales advertising or encourage staff volunteerism? Or do you base your decision on which charities make strong partners? Bottom line, all causes have a common agenda. We want a safe and secure home in Singapore and we need your corporate support and partnerships to help make this cause happen. It is our sincere hope that our CSR proposal will help your organization engender internal enthusiasm for social participation and inspire your organization to develop further action in support of our cause, the Yellow Ribbon Project.

What is STAR?

STAR is the acronym for Shining Talents of Aftercare and Reintegration (STAR). It is a CSR platform that targets at helping ex-offenders’ and their families get back on their feet. By getting involved and making an impact in aftercare and reintegration issues, you will help raise awareness of the cause, promote acceptance of ex-offenders and inspire community action to build bridges of hopes and lives. Through your organization, we hope to inspire talents amongst your employees who will embrace and front this CSR platform through various channels and be guiding STARs to ex-offenders and their families.
