About CARE NetworkCare Network

The Yellow Ribbon Project is spearheaded by the Community Action for the Rehabilitation of Ex-Offenders (CARE) Network, a group of major community and government organisations responsible for the rehabilitation of ex-offenders.

Started in May 2000, it aims to improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation of ex-offenders in Singapore by engaging the community, co-ordinating member agencies’ activities and developing rehabilitation initiatives for ex-offenders.

The vision of the CARE Network is:

'Hope, Confidence and Opportunities for Ex-offenders'

The CARE Network comprises:
