The Yellow Ribbon Project seeks to engage the community in giving ex-offenders a second chance at life. It hopes to inspire a ripple effect of concerted community action to support ex-offenders and their families.

Everyone can play a part in helping ex-offenders restart their lives and become responsible and contributing members of society.
This year, the Yellow Ribbon Project will bring together inmates, ex-offenders, their families and the community in a concerted effort to create a more accepting society for the successful integration of ex-offenders.
